A Follower is not a slave.
A Leader serves those he leads.
A Follower serves the one who leads.
A Leader gives up his life for those he leads.
A Follower gives up his life to the one who leads.
Both serve and give with an attitude of humility.
Both give up what they have and what they want for the sake of the other.
Both sacrifice.
