Every day, no matter what:

Tell God that you love Him.
Tell Him that you trust Him, no matter what happens.
Thank Him for something, or several things.

Remind yourself that God is sovereign over everything, including the interruptions in your day and the disappointments. Yes, even the really bad things.

And then I remember my life verse..
